Since 1996 The Academy of Martial Arts has been Mississauga’s source for AMAzing Karate. With a team of more than 20 Black Belt instructors AMA offers Self Defence, Tai Chi, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Fitness, Weapons training, Bully Prevention and a Competition Team program. All of our classes are taught in our large, friendly and professional atmosphere. Programs are available for ages 3 to 83. Visit us and try one of the dozens of classes we offer weekly.
